Job Summary
Asset Management - Investment Compliance - Associate oversees regulatory implementation within Investment/Research/Trading teams, conducts related-party transaction pre-approvals and board summaries, performs monthly post-monitoring and risk identification with mitigation recommendations, and provides compliance support across teams with frontline issue handling and timely alerts/corrective actions. Requires a bachelor degree or above in finance/risk/investment fields, 3+ years in asset management or securities firms in investment research, compliance, or risk control, strong communication/collaboration skills, and AMAC qualification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above in finance, risk, investment related areas
- More than 3 years of working experience in asset manager or securities firm in investment research, compliance, risk control
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- AMAC qualification obtained
