Job Summary
Executive Director, International Equities Investment Specialist to represent and promote multiple investment teams and strategies to internal partners, prospects, and existing clients across institutional and advisor businesses. Responsibilities include developing and delivering compelling product messaging to drive new business and retain assets, collaborating with portfolio managers, research analysts, and internal teams (RFP, Marketing, Product Strategy, Account Management) to promote growth, overseeing the onboarding process and investment guidelines, and communicating macroeconomic and industry trends. Requires deep capital markets knowledge, ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, and strong client-facing communication; Series 7 & 63 licenses are required, CFA preferred, with authorization to work permanently in the U.S. The role involves coordinating with portfolio managers, client advisors, and multiple internal groups to drive business growth and superior client service.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of significant capital markets experience
- Series 7 & 63 required
- Proven experience presenting in front of large audiences
- Project management experience and ability to drive strategic initiatives
- Strong understanding of international equities
- Exceptional written communication
- Proficient in investment performance, performance composites, attribution, and advisory/model delivery relationships
- Authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
