Job Summary
Analyze loan documents, investment committee memoranda, and deal summaries to understand structure, funds flow, and servicing requirements. Assist in preparing credit recommendations for lender approvals, gather market data, and maintain rent rolls. Build LTV, DY, and DSCR analyses while performing cash flow and variance reviews. Monitor portfolio updates for loan extensions, modifications, and capital expenditures. Participate in a team project and capstone final project. This 12-week hybrid summer internship runs May 31 to August 20 with three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in finance, real estate, or related major
- Demonstrable interest in commercial real estate
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Highly developed organizational and project/time-management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and business writing skills under pressure
- A strong commitment to integrity and professionalism
- A demonstrable ability to work both independently and effectively with team members in diverse groups and regions
- Solid work ethic, self-motivation level, and strong attention to detail
- The internship role provides in-depth exposure to SitusAMC and other areas of the business where the candidate will receive guidance and work closely with experienced professionals
- Program Description Our summer 2027 internship program is 12-weeks. It is designed to fully immerse you in the day-to-day activities of our debt asset management team and will run from May 31 to August 20
