Job Summary
Vice President on the Fund Execution Team within JPMorgan Asset Management – Alternatives - Infrastructure Investments Group, focusing on bridging commercial and legal discourse in M&A transactions, governance, risk management, and capital raising. Responsibilities include working with portfolio company boards and management, ensuring governance and risk considerations are reflected in agreements and financing, engaging with external counsel, and driving continuous business improvement in asset management, governance, and regulatory adherence. A proactive, collaborative leader with strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to advance strategic objectives and ESG-focused initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience (project finance and/or M&A)
- Qualified to practice law (legal license)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international team environment
- Intellectual rigor and curiosity
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Commercial acumen and strong analytical skills
- Willing to learn about all facets of the business and its stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership within a team and ability to balance legal and commercial considerations
