Job Summary
Lead Hong Kong ETF business growth as VP ETF Specialist within the APAC ETF Team; responsibilities include collaborating with client advisors and financial institutions to grow ETF capabilities in Hong Kong, meeting annual targets for Net New Assets and revenues, delivering Active ETF insights via podcasts and guides, partnering with Investment Specialists to provide ETF resources, sharing intelligence with the APAC ETF Specialist team, acting as local spokesperson for ETF business with media and events, and collaborating with JPMorgan Asset Management teams. Requires 8+ years ETF experience, fluency in Cantonese and English, experience covering Hong Kong ETF clients, entrepreneurial mindset with proven ability to build businesses, strong understanding of APAC and Global ETF industries and trends, and strong communication and relationship-management and selling skills. Mandarin or extra languages a plus.
