Job Summary

Lead the Asset Management CST in EMEA by partnering with regional/global leaders to align training, coaching, and client-facing programs with strategic priorities. Deliver external training to strategic partnerships and large asset owners, develop bespoke training, and upskill clients as part of JPMorgan Asset Management Client Experience. Act as facilitator and coach for training programs, collaborate on content design and refresh, and drive adoption of proprietary tech tools. Manage a team to train and coach Client and Investor teams; travel ~20% regionally to deliver on-site programs and partnerships.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Economics
  • 10 years industry experience inclusive of people management experience
  • Extensive client-facing experience in asset management
  • Proven ability to train, coaching, and develop professionals within the asset management industry
  • Solution-oriented approach with outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strategic and creative thinker with experience designing and implementing initiatives that support asset gathering, client retention, and business growth
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, sales professionals, and key stakeholders across the asset management landscape
  • Leadership presence and credibility to interact confidently with senior executives, institutional clients, and investors
  • Have a commercial mindset with the focus on the opportunity for business growth within the region
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
