Job Summary
Verify tax invoices against client-provided documents and analyze Sales MIS to report on sales trends, volume, price, and registrations. Review pricing breakdowns, sales cancellations, booking allotments, and cash flow statements to validate collections against books of accounts and bank statements. Monitor customer collections in non-escrow accounts, track project outflows for brokerage and marketing costs, and conduct continuous reporting on sales, CRM, and tenant payments. Perform monthly reviews of inflows and outflows to highlight variances and ensure data accuracy.
