Job Summary
Conduct client-facing and sales-supporting activities within PNC's Asset Management Group, including deal, sales, or process support and internal or external client interaction. Participate in social learning by networking with business representatives, peers, and mentors, while engaging in formal classroom and web-based training to cultivate relationships and assume key client-facing roles. Support the internal and external client experience by ensuring problem resolution and delivering excellent service. This two-year development program prepares analysts for production roles in Institutional Asset Management, the Investment Office, or PNC Private Bank, offering geographic flexibility throughout PNC's footprint.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum GPA 3.2
- Preferred business relevant majors (e.g., Finance, Accounting, IT, Economics, Marketing, Math, Statistics, HR, Management, Communications, Business Law, Psychology, Logistics, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences)
- Roles at this level are filled by recent university / college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills
- Includes individuals joining the organization through a corporate development/training program
- In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
