Job Summary
Investor Relations Associate within JPMorgan Global Transportation Group focused on supporting client relations, strategy and portfolio management. Responsibilities include leveraging models and analytics to enhance investor engagement; providing quantitative and qualitative insights to optimize investor communications and strategy; developing and maintaining marketing collateral (pitch books, product profiles, stage presentations, teasers, ad hoc materials); producing recurring fund deliverables (fund snapshots, quarterly reports, cover notes); driving creation of content for investor communications; supporting fund and market updates to prospects and clients; handling data room analysis, investor portal upkeep, and internal compliance reviews; coordinating with Finance and investment teams on fund-level reporting and analyses (cash flow, cost basis, IRR, attribution); liaising with internal RFP/RFI/DDQ processes; maintaining prospect tracking; supporting open-end fund experience and general transportation sector knowledge; strong emphasis on Excel-based data synthesis and cross-functional collaboration with JPMAM global sales force.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience with financial analysis and client services
- Management consulting or investment banking experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and strong work ethic
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple time zones
- Strong multi-tasking, time management and problem-solving skills
- Undergraduate/graduate degree in Business, Marketing or related business field
- Previous experience working with open-end funds is helpful but not required
- Knowledge of transportation sector is helpful but not required
