Job Summary
Asset-management leadership role to develop投顾业务发展战略 in China; expand external partnerships; identify client needs; develop and optimize asset allocation solutions and product lines; serve institutional clients; oversee strategy rollout, channel cooperation, and implementation; collaborate with internal/external teams on system management, configuration, and testing; act as business spokesperson and prepare strategy reports, client content, and marketing materials to support promotion and investor education; monitor industry trends, analyze data, and provide market insights.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher
- 8+ years of experience in marketing or product-related roles; fund qualification required
- Knowledge of public funds and advisory models preferred
- Experience in fund advisory or sales is an advantage
- CFA/CFP/AFP holders are preferred
- Strategic thinking, business development skills, and strong communication and presentation abilities
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to leverage internal resources effectively
- Management and sales skills, with the ability to develop differentiated competitive strategies
- Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
