Job Summary
Investment Director Associate on the GFICC team responsible for conducting comprehensive risk analyses and generating detailed risk reports for fixed income strategies. Collaborates with technology and operations partners to enhance risk platform, and regularly liaises with portfolio managers, investment specialists, and GFICC management. Delivers risk reports and analyses at portfolio and strategy levels, and prepares risk/performance review materials for discussions with strategy CIOs and portfolio managers. Works with internal tech team to innovate, develop, and test new risk reports and analysis tools. Engages with portfolio managers, investment specialists, business management, finance, and Tech/Ops partners to support the GFICC-wide agenda.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with 3 or more years of experience or a graduate degree in STEM or Finance
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Technically proficient with understanding of risk sources for fixed income rates, credit products, and structured/securitized products
- Experience evaluating risk and interpreting model output on bonds, derivatives and structured/securitized products
