Job Summary
Associate role in Private Wealth Alternatives Account Management within Asset Management’s Intermediary Services. Focus on client relations for registered and private funds across North America, delivering onboarding and platform operations support for JPM’s alternative investment offerings to financial intermediaries (private banks, custodians, wire houses, RIAs, and independent broker-dealers). Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries and platform partners, coordinate across internal JPM teams and third parties, participate in client meetings and due diligence, ensure regulatory compliance, and support ongoing projects and research for PWA initiatives. Preferred qualifications include FINRA Series 7 and additional financial credentials. Location: Columbus, OH (US).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Asset Management in a client facing role with a background in Investor Relations/Client Services and a focus on Wealth Management distribution of Alternative products
- Knowledge of financial markets, alternatives investment vehicles (Non-Traded REITs, Tender Offer Funds, BDCs, interval funds, private funds, etc.), and mutual funds
- Ability to develop strong client and internal relationships and an in-depth understanding of intermediary servicing needs
- Experience with onboarding & management of digital distribution/technology platforms and custodian relationships
- Excellent organization, communication, project management, and time management skills; solutions-driven and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage change and think beyond the job description to achieve client and firm goals
