Job Summary
Asset & Wealth Management role focused on driving 401(k) pipeline and sales growth in a defined geographic region in partnership with Chase Business Bankers. Responsibilities include engaging with bankers to align activities, promoting JPMC 401(k) plan recordkeeping solutions, preparing and delivering client presentations from initial to finals stages, managing multi-faceted sales processes and onboarding, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with JP Morgan Relationship Managers and recordkeeper team. Required qualifications include 2+ years of financial sales experience, ability to learn industry/product knowledge, strong relationship-building, and Series 7 and Series 63 (or 66) within 120 days; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of financial sales experience
- Proven track record of success in selling Investment Management and/or Retirement plans and maintaining relationships
- Proven success with multi-tasking and staying on top of priorities
- Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge by understanding the competition, the client and marketplace (technical expertise)
- Capacity to build relationships across entire organization and with our partner firms (strength managing relationships)
- Familiarity with financial markets, market terminology, capital markets history and a general understanding on the retirement space.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively leverage our resources
- Series 7; Series 63 (or 66) within first 120 days
- Bachelor's degree preferred
