Job Summary
Senior Associate Asset Management Event Planner responsible for leading and supporting high-quality client events from planning through on-site execution. Works with event planners, marketing, client and product teams to manage logistics, communications, agenda coordination, vendor management, and follow-up for events ranging from large conferences to small roundtables. Oversees on-site execution, travel manifests and hotel rooming lists, registration websites, attendee communications, conference apps, and collateral production; coordinates travel, venue setup, AV/production, and security with external partners; manages invoices and expenses, and drives process improvements with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of events experience supporting or leading client events
- Strong knowledge of event logistics and production elements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- High attention to detail
- Confident and mature presence with senior stakeholders, external clients, and vendors
- Collaborative team player
