Manage investment strategy and stock selection for lithium battery, battery metals, and related industries; conduct in-depth fundamental research to drive excess returns and lead market timing; build industry-simulation portfolios; participate in regular meetings and training; collaborate with global analysts and portfolio managers to fulfill regulatory requirements and support asset-management activities.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant equity research experience with coverage in battery and related industries
- Superior analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Strong work ethic with a drive to outperform and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Intellectual curiosity with a desire to learn from multiple disciplines
- Strong interpersonal skills to work constructively and successfully with other team members
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent financial modeling and equity valuation skills
- Attainment of all necessary regulatory licenses (or any other licenses / qualifications as required) for carrying out Asset Management and other regulated activities
