Job Summary
Digital Assets Vice President leading the discovery, design, and execution of blockchain and Web3 initiatives within Asset Management. Drive cross-functional projects by partnering with product, engineering, compliance, controls, operations, and legal; engage with business lines to understand operations, drivers, and client needs; build relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to educate on blockchain technology and its business potential; collaborate with external companies, vendors, and startups to identify and execute joint innovations; present ideas to senior management and clients, tailoring messaging to diverse audiences; stay informed on Web3 market trends and client demand.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience, with at least 2+ years of product management experience
- Proven experience delivering software products, ideally from concept through launch and scale
- Deep expertise in blockchain and the Web3 ecosystem
- Strong understanding of financial markets
- Track record of building alliances and leading large, cross-functional teams
- Outstanding verbal and written presentation skills with ability to create visually impactful presentations
- Execution-focused, action-oriented, and detail-oriented
