Job Summary
Client Account Specialist for Customized Managed Account Solutions will facilitate new account set up for Tax Smart SMAs, monitor submissions from Intermediaries, accurately record new account attributes in internal systems, and ensure accounts are invested per SLAs. Will coordinate with internal stakeholders to hand off requests, support changes communicated by Financial Advisors (e.g., tax budget changes), leverage the digital platform to produce tax transition reports, and assist SMA client service with MIS reporting, regulatory mailings, and aging debt monitoring. The role requires strong attention to detail, ability to produce internal presentations, and effective communication within a team-based environment while maintaining strict controls and handling confidential information.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience in Asset Management or Asset Management Operations/Client Service
- Experience in retail SMA client service or operations a plus
- Expertise with Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Expertise in PowerPoint (slides/charts)
- Strong communication (written and oral)
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize daily tasks
