Job Summary
Lead client meetings, develop marketing content to position international fixed income strategies, collaborate with portfolio managers and sales teams, analyze portfolio positioning and performance, and pursue new business opportunities. Responsible for communicating investment capabilities clearly to clients and crafting pitches, RFPs, and marketing materials that support growth across retail and institutional segments.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge and experience in global fixed income markets and sectors, especially international strategies
- Proven track record in developing business across retail and institutional investor segments
- Excellent responsiveness and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work proactively and creatively in a collaborative team environment
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple deliverables
- Dynamic and credible communicator with excellent presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Advanced degree or certification, such as MBA or CFA
- Experience with separately managed accounts
- Strong knowledge of Bloomberg, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel
