Job Summary
Asset Management Coordinator to monitor NAPA Corporate Stores in South Eastern Ontario. Responsibilities include evaluating each NAPA Corporate Store at least four times annually; overseeing store operations including returns handling and cash controls; providing guidance on inventory standards and conducting/assisting with physical inventories; assessing compliance with Asset Management Programs and retraining employees; coaching new Store Managers; addressing Health & Safety concerns and investigating suspected fraud or theft; collaborating with Regional Management to ensure procedural compliance and resolve inventory discrepancies; requires MS Office proficiency, strong process management and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented and capable of self-motivation with independent work style; up to 75% travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years in Store Operations or Accounting
