Job Summary
Vice President in Singapore and South-East Asia Asset Management CCOR advising on US SEC regulatory changes, assessing compliance and operational risk, implementing ORM framework, reviewing escalations, managing regulatory interactions, and providing guidance on privacy and information barriers. Collaborates with global compliance teams, engages with senior leaders, and supports governance and controls. Requires strong communication, problem solving, analytical ability, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team; experience with regulatory exams; familiarity with mutual funds, ETFs and discretionary management services.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a compliance, audit or control function within the asset management industry, with good knowledge of Singapore, South East Asia and relevant US financial regulations as relate to asset management businesses and products.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
