Job Summary
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for Asset Management client skills and proprietary technology platforms, including creating engaging content, assessments, and workshops. Manage projects and logistics, coordinate with regional and global stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement of training initiatives. Collaborate with subject matter experts to build scalable, consistent learning solutions, and communicate effectively with senior management. Leverage technology adoption training to help teams confidently use proprietary platforms and tools, with a focus on partnership-building and delivering value across Asset Management teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience delivering technology training or onboarding for proprietary platforms, ideally in a financial services or technology-driven environment
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High-level proficiency in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible training materials
