Asset Management. Client Segments, Analyst, Wealth Management

Asset Movement Team (AMT) Analyst will act as an extension of local branch management in reviewing and approving incoming and outgoing money movement transactions. The AMT Analyst will work with various systems to ensure appropriate approval of each transaction and will partner with the Regional Leader and/or Field Service Team Manager to resolve issues during processing. They will cross-train to review and approve travel & entertainment expense reimbursement requests as well as a basic review of documents related to new account opening and account modifications. Responsibilities include providing world class customer service, working with branch personnel to review and approve money movement requests in a timely manner, operating in a fast-paced environment with high quality standards, communicating with senior management as needed, collaborating in a team setting, applying risk-approved policies to prevent client fraud, and staying current on SEC/FINRA and firm policies related to transaction-based requests. Knowledge of Microsoft suite and ability to learn new systems; 0-3 years of related experience; college preferred or equivalent experience.
