Job Summary
Analyst in the Asia Reporting & Publishing Team responsible for producing consistent client communication reports and documents that articulate performance analysis and capabilities of investment strategies and funds. Collaborate with Marketing, Investment Specialists, Operations, and Client Services to consolidate work into a Center of Excellence for Reporting and Publishing; participate in automation projects; drive efficiencies; maintain proper documentation; and partner with regional stakeholders (Investment Desks, Technology, PAG, Marketing, Operations) to ensure high-quality client deliverables and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Excellent writing skills in English; fluent spoken English
- Excellent writing skills in Japanese; fluent spoken Japanese
- Sensitivity to different cultures and working styles; ability to navigate across APAC and global organization
- Confidence to work directly with stakeholders at all levels
- Outstanding accuracy and attention to detail; strong numeracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook skills (intermediate/advanced)
