Job Summary
Asset Management, Business Transformation leadership role focusing on driving scalable operating models and transformative initiatives. The role requires ownership of project activities, leadership in analysis and solution design, stakeholder management, effective communication, and socialization of operating models. Strong emphasis on delivering regulatory, product, and client-driven initiatives, with demonstrated capability in requirements analysis, solution design, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of asset management (including Alternatives) and regulatory environment
- Experience writing business requirements specifications
- Experience with requirements analysis frameworks and modeling methodologies
- Aptitude for relationship-building with stakeholders; strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, matrix organization with cross-functional teams
- Practical AI literacy (LLMs, automation) and intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
