Job Summary
Senior Associate role in Funds Sales Support in Milan supporting fund sales analysis, risk management, client reporting (Solvency II, PRIIPS, MiFID II), translations, stakeholder engagement, cross-functional projects, and MIS/presentation duties. The role requires a graduate degree in Economics or Finance, at least 5 years of asset management experience, deep knowledge of the Italian fund market and UCITS ranges, strong analytical/project-management skills, and fluency in Italian and English.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Economics or Finance (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role within asset management or the funds industry (mandatory)
- Advanced knowledge of the Italian retail investors market and its dynamics (mandatory)
- Deep understanding of Lux and Irish UCITS ranges and the Italian fund industry (mandatory)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM tools)
- Italian and English fluent (written and spoken)
