Job Summary
Training Development & Design Specialist develops, designs, and delivers a suite of training programs for Asset Management client-facing teams in Asia Pacific. Responsibilities include engaging stakeholders to shape content, coaching content creators, hosting and delivering workshops, defining metrics to assess impact, market the training plan to learners and stakeholders in Asia, leveraging digital learning to complement in-person offerings, managing multiple concurrent projects, collaborating with global Client Skills Team members to build program solutions, and sharing best practices for scalable impact. Required capabilities include coaching and facilitation, learning design, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage senior executives, active listening, stakeholder relationship management, adaptability in a fast-paced environment (agile), robust project management, and fluency in English and Japanese.
Required Qualifications

- Learning design and content creation expertise
- Solution-oriented with strong interpersonal, consultative, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to command an audience and interact confidently with senior executives
- Active listener, who knows how to access insightful questions and unlock a greater understanding of business and learning needs
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Flexibility in a fast-paced changing environment; comfortable working in agile environment with an entrepreneurial passion for building new things
- Strong project management skills; robust organization, attention to detail and time management skills in a multicultural and international environment
- Excellent communications in English and Japanese (both written and spoken)
- Previous client advisory and sales experience within the Asset Management or financial services industry
- Familiarity with learning solutions and their practical application
- Proficiency in Chinese or other Asian languages
