Job Summary
Develop, design and deliver training content for Asset Management client-facing teams in Asia Pacific; engage business stakeholders to shape core content, assessments, exercises, and workshops; coach content creators on relevance and impact; host and deliver training workshops; define and measure metrics to assess impact; market comprehensive training plans for learners in Asia; leverage digital learning to enhance in-person offerings; manage multiple projects with different timelines; collaborate with global Client Skills Team and stakeholders to build program solutions at product, industry and professional skills levels; share best practices for cross-program implementation; strong emphasis on learning design, stakeholder engagement, and leadership-facing communication in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business
- 7+ years of experience in Asset Management firms or Financial Institutions
- Coaching and facilitation skills
- Learning design and content creation expertise
- Solution-oriented with interpersonal, consultative, communication, presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to command an audience and interact confidently with senior executives
- Active listener and ability to understand business and learning needs
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior business leaders and stakeholders
- Flexibility in a fast-paced environment and agile mindset
- Strong project management, organization, and time management in multicultural settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Japanese to support clients from Japan
