Asset Management and O&M Technical Specialist

Job Summary
Looking for a Technical Asset Manager and O&M Technical Specialist to optimize performance of operational solar photovoltaic and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) assets. Responsibilities include managing OPEX budget, analyzing production data, identifying energy losses, and negotiating with subcontractors. Role requires technical management of O&M contracts, monitoring KPIs, and leading responses to major incidents. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 5 years of related experience, and strong analytical skills. Familiarity with SCADA and asset management tools is necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience working in asset management of renewable energy assets (PV and BESS)
- Demonstrable experience in technical Asset Management of operational photovoltaic and BESS plants
- Direct experience in production optimization and energy loss analysis
- Experience in technical supervision of O&M contracts
- Highly analytical and results-oriented profile; Continuous optimization mindset and performance improvement focus
- Ability to challenge, demand, and improve supplier performance
- Clear communication with technical and business profiles
- Good communication skills in English
Desired Qualifications
- PES/PAV/PEI status/UNI EN 15628 Level 3 considered a plus
