Job Summary
Manage relationships with existing operating partners and provide analytical support for workouts, capital calls, financings, and dispositions. Prepare capital call and disposition memorandums, review lease transactions, and model investment-level performance for fund vehicles. Participate in the annual business plan and valuation process while overseeing property operations, including management and leasing terms. Review financial performance against budget, monitor capital improvement progress, and maintain key department and firm schedules. Assist in recruiting and training new employees. This summer 2027 internship requires a Bachelor's degree with Real Estate and Finance concentrations, two years of applicable internship experience, and proficiency in real estate valuation software such as Excel and Argus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Core knowledge of real estate principles, finance and accounting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to draw conclusions from research and data analysis and communicate them effectively
- Thorough understanding of real estate valuation software (Excel at minimum - Argus preferred)
