Job Summary
Develop and maintain robust data measurement frameworks for asset inventory pools to support business objectives and inform senior leadership decisions. Lead inventory optimization strategies that reduce excess stock, improve utilization, and deliver measurable cost savings while owning performance KPIs like asset utilization and sell-off plans. Own quarterly inventory shortage forecasting and excess/obsolescence analysis to align supply with demand and mitigate risk. Partner with Marketing and Finance leadership to track ROI and prepare financial documents for disposal approvals. Represent and maintain IT initiatives for regional/global asset tracking systems, resolving integration errors and ensuring data accuracy across Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, resolve discrepancies, and execute Asset Management Exit Audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Post Secondary Education required; College or University degree is acceptable.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience related to Asset Inventory Analytics required.
- Proven analytical troubleshooting and problem solution skills.
- A high level of computer literacy with proven experience using systems that support inventory management Excel / Word etc.
- Attention to detail with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills required.
- Ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
