Asset Management - Analyst

Job Summary
Monitor borrower financial reporting, including property operating statements, rent rolls, and STR reports. Aggregate property data into portfolio-wide statistics and presentation materials. Support senior asset managers in monitoring performance against underwriting, budget, and covenants. Manage draw reviews for construction projects and assist with quarterly asset reports by updating financials and market information. Perform covenant tests for debt service coverage, debt yield, and loan-to-value hurdles. Assist in preparing ad-hoc reports and other assigned activities. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business and 1-3 years of real estate experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Management, Business, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a real estate or financial service and/or asset /investment management firm
- Strong analytical and computer skills with a thorough knowledge of Excel including the ability to perform cash flow analyses
- Ability to work in a team environment, to think independently and generate quality work product
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Adhere to processes and procedures but suggest and implement improvements when warranted
