Job Summary
Asset Management Analyst role supporting the asset management team across a multifamily portfolio. Responsibilities include monitoring property- and portfolio-level operations, analyzing rental rate trends and lease renewal performance to inform pricing strategy, evaluating capital improvement projects and their performance versus underwriting, gathering and analyzing economic, demographic, and real estate market data to support key assumptions, and preparing investor reports and capital-partner deliverables. Requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, intellectual curiosity about real estate finance, and comfort with AI tools to enhance modeling and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate / Finance
- 0-2 Years Experience
- Intellectual Curiosity with a demonstrated interest in real estate
- High sense of ownership and work ethic, reliable, accountable
- Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data
- Communicate with clarity and intention, able to distill complex information
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- Proficiency or Interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
