Job Summary
Assist Asset Managers with monitoring property-level and portfolio-level operations, monitor rental rate trends and lease renewal performance, synthesize market and property-level data to inform pricing strategy, analyze capital improvement projects including unit renovations and their performance versus underwriting, gather and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data to support key assumptions, support regular and ad hoc reporting including budgets, business plans, quarterly investor reporting, and other reporting, prepare quarterly investor reports and capital partner deliverables with accuracy and consistency, support the broader investment lifecycle by assisting with acquisition due diligence, financing activities, and development initiatives as needed, and mentor Analysts while elevating underwriting standards and contributing to continuous improvement of models and processes.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 Years Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate / Finance
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills
- Proficiency or Interest in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools
- Intellectual Curiosity with a demonstrated interest in real estate
- Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data
- Communicate with clarity and intention, able to distill complex information into concise narratives for internal teams and external capital partners
