Job Summary
Oversee a regional portfolio of industrial assets by coordinating with third-party property managers, developing property-level business plans, and building financial models to evaluate performance and capital expenditures. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for internal stakeholders and investors while conducting market research to support asset strategy. Assist in quarterly valuations, abstract leases, and review operating expense reconciliations with Accounting. Track property inspections, budgets, and third-party reporting requirements. This role offers a base salary of $70,000 to $100,000 annually plus bonus. Logistics Property Company manages modern logistics properties across eight North American markets with a portfolio valued at over $4.1 billion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate or investment analysis (internships or academic projects welcome)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
