Asset-Level Financing- Strategy and Forecasting Manager

Develop a strategy to execute and manage a large-scale capital program by maintaining and communicating a dynamic financing plan across asset classes. Monitor project-level financing strategies, quantify financial impacts of deviations, and conduct ad-hoc analysis driven by industry events. Partner with Engineering and Construction teams to analyze evolving construction timelines and equipment procurement plans. Establish policies, procedures, and directives to support daily operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for transactions and reporting. Oversee development of programs and policies to ensure cost-effectiveness and direct the preparation of department budgets and financial records.
