Asset & Inventory Management Officer

Asset & Inventory Management Officer to safeguard and maintain accurate records for fixed assets, inventories, and consumables across multiple locations (Kharian, Sarai-Alamgir, Kharian Dream City, Lahore, Rawalpindi, Islamabad). Responsibilities include documenting assets and inventories by cost, age, condition, location and custodian; updating and reconciling fixed assets and inventory registers with Accounts; tagging assets; performing monthly physical verifications; preparing monthly asset and stock reports; ensuring purchases, issuances, transfers, disposals, and related documents are properly recorded; coordinating with procurement, finance, and other departments to optimize resource utilization and control variances. Key duties also cover ensuring safe storage, routine stock verifications, end-of-month stock-takes, and providing supporting records for audits and budgets. Educational requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management with at least 2 years of relevant experience; proficiency in inventory management software/ERP and Excel; strong data analysis, discrepancy resolution, and communication skills.
