Asset Integrity Engineering Services Sales Champion

Job Summary
Asset Integrity Engineering Services (AIES) Sales Champion leads the commercial development of AIES across Europe, interfacing between Intertek’s Integrity Manager/Technical SMEs and local Sales teams. Drives revenue growth, builds market awareness, and enables the sales organization to identify, qualify, and close opportunities in Asset Integrity Engineering (Mechanical Integrity, FFS, RBI, Corrosion Engineering, Structural Integrity, Life Extension, IDMS). Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline, conducting client meetings and technical-commercial discussions with engineering managers, plant managers, integrity teams and procurement, coaching sales teams on AIES value propositions, supporting opportunity qualification, proposal development, pricing strategy, and deal closure, translating technical concepts into clear commercial messages, and representing Intertek at industry events and client workshops. Develops relationships with key clients and shapes client-specific solutions with the Integrity Manager and SMEs, ensuring proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with AIES capabilities, and supports integration of IDMS into proposals. Requires deep understanding of asset integrity challenges (regulatory compliance, reliability, operational risk) and experience selling engineering or asset integrity services across industrial sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemical, Civil/Structural) or equivalent technical field
