Job Summary
The Asset Integrity Engineer will develop and implement asset integrity management programs, manage inspections, and provide technical support to ensure safe operation of gas compression facilities in North America.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in an asset integrity role in oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors
- Strong understanding of pressure vessel design, inspection, and maintenance (ASME Section VIII) API 510
- Knowledge of process piping and pipeline systems and standards (ASME B31.3, B31.8, CSA Z662, API 570)
- Proven experience with integrity data management systems (IDMS)
- Working knowledge of corrosion mechanisms and mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in risk-based inspection (RBI) methodologies
Desired Qualifications
- API certifications (e.g., API 510, API 570, API 653)
- Experience managing integrity programs across multiple facilities/regions
- Familiarity with engaging with regulatory bodies such as ABSA, TSSA, TC, and US DOT/PHMSA
- HAZOP and risk assessment training

- Ability and willingness to travel across North America
