Job Summary
Provide specialist advice and support in the implementation and development of operational planning, service delivery processes, and techniques. Establish and maintain professional relationships with industry leaders, regulators, policy makers, and business partners to drive new ventures. Champion and manage the business bulk acquisition strategic plan in line with Absa Business unit strategy. Collect market intelligence through daily research of articles, publications, and networking to track market developments. Coach, mentor, and manage team members toward driving business objectives and ensuring colleague development while actively monitoring relevant legislation and industry developments. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, or Management Studies.
