Job Summary
Structure and submit asset finance applications, managing deals from enquiry through settlement while working closely with dealership sales teams. Match customers with the right lenders and products, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining high compliance standards. Leverage access to a broad lender panel across prime and non-prime sectors supported by industry-leading technology designed specifically for asset finance. Operate within a high-volume dealership environment with consistent customer flow, utilizing a Monday to Saturday roster with one weekday off. Base salary plus uncapped commissions are provided alongside genuine long-term career progression within Ausloans Finance Group.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an Asset Finance Broker
- At least 2 years' experience as an Automotive/Dealership Finance Manager
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of asset finance products and lender policies
- Experience working with prime and non-prime lending
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- A passion for helping customers find the right finance solution
- Candidates with either dealership and/or brokerage experience
