Job Summary
Manage qualified inbound opportunities while building your own client portfolio for consumer and commercial asset finance. Structure and submit applications across a broad lender panel, guiding clients from enquiry through to settlement. Develop referral partnerships to generate repeat business and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Contribute directly to the growth and success of the new Brisbane office by shaping its early development. This role offers hybrid flexibility, uncapped commission, and access to 40+ lenders as part of Ausloans' expanding national presence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in asset finance broking
- Strong knowledge of consumer and/or commercial asset finance
- Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, self-driven approach
- High attention to detail and strong compliance standards
- An experienced broker who enjoys building relationships, delivering great outcomes, and wants to be part of something from the ground up
