Job Summary
Deputy Team Lead for the Asset Experience Services team within JLL's Royal London Property Delivery operation, providing leadership focused on the operational specialism while delivering health & safety, compliance, and operational support to Asset Experience Managers across Royal London assets. Acts as deputy to the Team Leader, manages complex operational matters, coordinates resource allocation, and ensures quality, risk, and compliance documentation are maintained while delivering hands-on operational duties and enabling best-in-class occupier service.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in property operations, health & safety management, compliance, and supplier coordination.
- Expert understanding of H&S legislation applicable to property management and ability to implement compliance measures effectively.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements for commercial properties including fire safety, asbestos management, and building regulations.
- Familiarity with permit-to-work systems, risk assessment methodologies, and safe systems of work.
- Understanding of building services, maintenance operations, and planned preventative maintenance regimes.
- Knowledge of ISO14001, quality management systems, and audit processes.
- Awareness of ESG and sustainability requirements in property management, including EPC regulations and energy management.
- Experience with property management software platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, mentoring, or coaching of operational professionals.
