Asset-, Device- & Service Manager (m/w/d)

Manage global IT assets, devices, and services across the full lifecycle, ensuring transparency and compliance for a multinational biopharmaceutical CDMO. Drive the evolution of IT Asset Management and Configuration Management Database processes, including inventory audits, asset classification, and governance standards. Oversee IT Service Management workflows, service catalogs, and SLA monitoring while coordinating external providers and supporting incident, change, and request management. Optimize device rollouts and refresh programs through data analysis and cost reduction initiatives. This role requires a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics with extensive experience in ITIL-based service processes and CMDB concepts. Fluency in German and English is essential, alongside strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative, family-owned environment.
