Asset Compliance Manager

Support the delivery of independent assurance reviews, assessments, and audits of Maintenance Management Organisation compliance arrangements to confirm statutory, regulatory, and nuclear safety requirements are met. Request, review, and evaluate records and evidence from the MMO to verify compliance, while assessing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor and report on Examination, Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance activities, coordinating the collation and validation of evidence for governance forums including the SIMM. Represent the Asset Compliance Lead on assurance matters by liaising with functional leads, regulators, and key stakeholders to ensure risks are identified, managed, and escalated appropriately. Maintain continuous improvement of compliance reporting processes, assurance frameworks, and integrated management systems to provide confidence in the accuracy and reliability of all compliance information.
