Asset Co-ordinator

Asset Co-ordinator to join our Asset Team in Six Hills. You will manage vehicles throughout their lifecycle from initial order to customer delivery, including specification building, supply chain coordination, onboarding to ensure a smooth mobilisation journey, and support the vehicle remarketing function through advertising, call handling, and admin. Responsibilities include managing supply chain and logistics of vehicles purchased, developing supplier relationships with manufacturers, dealers, funders, supporting customer pricing/deal sheets, providing accurate updates on inbound assets, ensuring a smooth delivery process aligned with sales/branch and customer expectations, identifying new processes/development to improve service, supporting remarketing with advertising and reporting, and performing day-to-day administration. Essential qualities include strong communication across stakeholders, excellent administrative skills, a proactive can-do attitude, ability to work under pressure, strategic thinking for future development, and a collaborative approach.
