Job Summary
Operate as an Asset & CAD Specialist by creating, maintaining, and optimizing CAD drawings including floor plans, sections, and as-built revisions. Conduct location surveys to translate existing site conditions into accurate technical documentation while ensuring quality control and adherence to internal standards and building regulations. Manage asset management system data and collaborate with architects, engineers, and technical teams to coordinate project disciplines. Contribute to improving CAD standards, work processes, and documentation quality within Technical Operations. Requires MBO+/HBO level with advanced AutoCAD skills, experience in as-built documentation, and knowledge of building and mechanical installations. Full-time role in Amsterdam with a permanent contract after 12 months.
Required Qualifications
- MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting zoals bouwkunde of installatietechniek
- aantoonbare ervaring hebben met technisch tekenen, bouwkundige documentatie en het werken in een technische projectomgeving
- gevorderde kennis van AutoCAD (2D/3D)
- ervaring hebben met het uitvoeren van locatie-opnames en het opstellen van as-built documentatie
- kennis hebben van bouwkundige, elektrotechnische en werktuigbouwkundige installaties
- ervaring hebben met asset management systemen en technisch documentbeheer
- nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken
- in staat zijn om effectief samen te werken met verschillende technische disciplines en stakeholders
- Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en Engels
