Job Summary

Validate asset records, identify discrepancies, and support timely resolution of property accountability issues by comparing physical inventory, system records, and required documentation. Perform detailed reviews of asset records, reports, operating practices, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with established internal control procedures. Conduct property audits and contribute to the development, recommendation, and implementation of effective property administration policies and procedures. Monitor operational processes to help prevent defects, improve compliance, and ensure adherence to quality plans, contractual requirements, and customer expectations. Prepare clear, accurate periodic and special-purpose reports that provide leaders with actionable insight into asset status, audit results, and compliance trends. This role requires TS/SCI clearance, polygraph, and 8570-CWIP certification, with a minimum of 5 days office presence in Columbia, MD.

Required Qualifications

  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
  • 8570 - CWIP Certification
  • 7 to 10 years of experience
  • Master's degree (equivalent to 6 years of experience)
  • Bachelor's degree (equivalent to 4 years of experience)
  • Associate degree (equivalent to 2 years of experience)
  • Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Office presence a minimum of 5 days per week
  • Location in Columbia, MD
