Job Summary
Client Service Specialist in Asset and Wealth Management (Private Bank) delivering a seamless, first-class client experience. Manages daily client transactions and inquiries, monitors cash balances, records elections for Corporate Actions, resolves client inquiries with cross-functional partners, researches potential fraud or errors, identifies cross-sell opportunities, ensures data quality of client hierarchies and accounts, and adheres to applicable regulations and product knowledge across deposits, brokerage, custody, and investment management. Requires strong relationship, communication, and time-management skills; Bachelor's degree or equivalent financial qualifications; English fluency; and Capital Markets exam within 2 months of start date. Multilingual abilities are preferred per UK regulatory context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent financial qualifications
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Financial services and/or Banking industry
- Capital Markets exam required or passed within 2 months of start date.
