Job Summary
Coordinate delivery activities for Client Information products within cross-product programs, partnering with Product Owners, technology, operations, and control teams to align scope, sequencing, and milestones. Document and track dependencies, actions, decisions, and follow-up items while executing standardized processes for generating delivery artifacts, including project plans, meeting notes, status reports, RAID logs, and runbooks using Intelligent Automation. Monitor progress of deliverables, escalate risks and issues, and support production readiness, rollout, and stabilization activities. Maintain reusable delivery artifacts that are consistently formatted and accessible across the team.
