Job Summary
Maintain working relationships with external service providers and update financial models monthly. Conduct financial analysis on profitability and cash flow, then prepare invoices, monitor revenue collection, and submit to customers. Liaise with account banks to execute transactions and prepare annual budgets for Project Companies. Prepare reporting packs for shareholders, lenders, and management, while monitoring compliance with key covenants and regulations. Monitor plant electricity production and downtime in cooperation with the O&M Contractor to prepare root cause analyses. This role supports the Asset Manager in ensuring each Project Company is well managed, compliant, and commercially coordinated within Scatec's global renewable energy operations.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in law, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration preferably at Masters level
- At least 3-5 years of working experience within the areas of contract management, project-related asset management or project finance-related banking or advisory, corporate finance or controlling
- fluent both written and spoken in English and Romanian language

- Renewable energy industry & Power market exposure
- Experience with Project Finance & Contract Management
- Experience with legal contract interpretation, review and administration
- Experience in budgeting and cashflow management
- Regulatory knowledge of Energy Markets
